Hi I’m Larissa Beech, Founder of Career Recharge. I’ve been there.
Despite the promotions and new roles, I found myself thinking:
“Is this it? Is this what I actually want to do?”
I didn’t need fluff. I also didn't want to completely flip my life upside down.
I needed a structure.
Something practical, that would pressure test my thinking and help me see beyond what was currently in front of me.Â
I needed a career strategy.
My Background
I’ve spent over a decade in product and commercial strategy, working across startups, tech, retail and for the last 7 years, at SEEK, APAC’s #1 job marketplace.
In those roles, I learned how to use frameworks to deeply understand customer needs, test and expand options, and build things that actually deliver value. Then one day, mid-run (where all the best ideas land), it hit me:
Why on earth aren’t we giving people the same strategic frameworks to design their own careers?
And so Career Recharge was born.

- MBA + Psychology Undergraduate
- Mum of two little guys, passionate about creating time for family and community
- Lifelong runner (slow but consistent)
